Kids Protection Planning Workshop:

 

Do you know who will care for your children if something unexpected happens to you? Learn how easy it is to make sure your kids will always be taken care of by the people you want in the way you want. During this workshop, you will learn how to: (1) be sure your children never spend even one moment in the care of strangers (or anyone you would not want) if anything happens to you; (2) avoid the expenses and delays of a long, drawn out court process that would make life difficult for your loved ones if you were in an accident; (3) protect your childrens inheritance from creditors, lawsuits and failed marriages; (4) make sure your hard earned money is immediately and privately available to your chosen guardians; and, (5) leave behind more than just your money.

In this workshop you will discover how to take charge of your child's future and build a fortress of protection around your child that will last a lifetime; how to set up a special needs trust that protects your child's eligibility for essential governmental benefits; when and whether to become the guardian or conservator or your adult child with special needs; and how to ensure your kids are prepared for a life without you in case something happens.
